World Meeting Planner
Different workdays. A shared moment.
Suggested meeting times
Recommendations are based on the working hours selected above. Includes weekends; all times are local.
What the recommendations mean
Best means the entire meeting fits inside everyone’s selected working hours. Good means all but one city fits, with no participant in late-night hours.
Late is a waking-hours compromise. Poor includes a time before 6 AM or at/after 10 PM for at least one participant. These labels are rules, not a judgement of anyone’s schedule.
No overlap? Share the inconvenience.
Some combinations have no shared nine-to-five window. Shorten the meeting, try an asynchronous update or rotate the early and late calls.
Work intervals may cross midnight. Equal start and end times mean no working hours. Weekends are included; the planner does not know holidays or anyone’s calendar availability.
